WHAT DOES A RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT DO?

A career in recruitment can be very exciting but challenging at the same time as you will work through a variety of tasks throughout your day. In brief, it’s a sales environment and you will be working to targets. You will focus on finding the right candidates for jobs by assessing their ambitions, skills and potential against a client’s requirements; winning new business and maintaining relationships with your existing clients and candidates

HOW DOes ASC TRAIN YOU TO BECOME A RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT?

All new Trainee Recruitment Consultants at ASC participate in a structured 12-week program. This program combines on-the-job training with module-based learning, providing a comprehensive introduction to recruitment.

During the program and beyond, you will receive complete support and guidance from your manager and colleagues. After completing the program, you will continue to engage in training to further enhance your knowledge and advance your career.

WHAT CAREER PROGRESSION CAN I EXPECT AT ASC?

Once you have completed your training programme, you will move into the position of Recruitment Consultant. From here, there are various paths you can take depending on how you like to work. These include:
