GDPR STATEMENT

In May 2018, the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) took effect. These changes govern how ASC, as a business, stores and manages data.


As members of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) and having achieved REC Audited Status, ASC is extremely compliance aware. 


To comply fully with GDPR:-


  • ASC has invested in a new software tool, for the CRM currently in operation, to assist with GDPR compliance.
  • Processes have been mapped and training has been provided throughout the business.
  • Liaison with 3rd party suppliers has been conducted.
  • New Data Protection policies have been made available and all Terms amended accordingly.
  • ASC’s internal audit process has been revised in line with GDPR.


We'd like to make you aware that your data is important to us. ASC currently holds your individual data in order to provide you with work-finding services – this means you will have given your personal details to the Company directly, such as, on an application or registration form via our website.
