Working with a recruitment agency

There are a number of ways you can work with a recruitment agency including exclusively (sole supplier agreement), as part of a PSL (Preferred Supplier List), or a small number of agencies. However you wish to work with an agency, ASC can accommodate your choice.

Exclusive Recruitment Partner (Sole Supplier Agreement)

Working with a single agency saves you time and money in the long term. The agency is 100% committed to you and are entirely responsible for your recruitment requirements.

Working with multiple agencies as part of a PSL

Collaborating with multiple agencies can be advantageous when hiring for high-turnover positions, as it can help control costs. However, integrating these agencies into a well-structured Preferred Supplier List (PSL) with clear guidelines, service agreements and performance indicators leads to a more streamlined service and consistent candidate quality.

Working with a small number of agencies
