A one-stop-shop that manufactures high precision components for an array of industries across the UK and overseas, is now seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Supervisor.
This is a hands on role, where you will lead a small team of 2 by example.
As a Maintenance Supervisor, your duties will include –
- Supervising a small team, currently consisting of 1 Engineer and 1 Apprentice
- Providing electrical/mechanical maintenance for site facilities, Foundry equipment and machinery, including CNC machinery (Romi, Mazak)
- Adhering to PPM/TPM schedules and responsive reaction to breakdowns
- Reading and working from electrical / panel drawings, fault finding down to a component level
- PLC fault finding and interrogation to trace back faults
- Installation and commissioning of new equipment/machinery
To be successful in the role of Maintenance Supervisor, the ideal candidate will –
- Be an experienced Maintenance Engineer with bias to heavy industry / manufacturing
- Have an electrical qualification (level 3 or above)
- Be capable of diagnosing PLC logic faults (Mitsubishi, Siemens, Allen Bradley, Fanuc)
On offer -
- A basic salary of up to £50K
- Monday - Friday 6am – 2pm
- 33 days holiday, including bank holidays
Based in the West Midlands, this role is commutable from Bridgnorth, Bromsgrove, Wolverhampton, Redditch, Smethwick and all surrounding areas
