I manage the Redditch branch of ASC and oversee consultants who focus on permanent and contract Engineering & Manufacturing and Business Support roles. I also support the team recruit for Senior and Executive level positions within these disciplines.

I enjoy being able to provide a full, thorough and consultative service that adds value to employers’ processes, offering them a bespoke recruitment solution. Recruitment is one of the most rewarding industries you can work in, with a wide variety of tasks and people to deal with on a daily basis… there’s rarely a dull moment.

Enjoys socialising when we don’t have the children, but more than that, going on adventures when we have. I thoroughly enjoy camping and caravan holidays with the children, focussing on ensuring they have the best time. Then selfishly going overseas with my partner when we’re on our own, for short city as well as beach breaks.

I was sponsored to move to Cairns, Australia, to set up and run an allied health recruitment company. I stayed for 18 months before returning to the UK. The company is still going strong.
