Mike Smith

I set up the company with the current directors in 1991 after having a career in finance recruitment. After a few years working as a Recruitment Consultant for the business, we were growing and felt the need to have a dedicated person looking after the finance for the company. As I had worked within the finance industry, I trained for the CIMA qualification and officially became the Finance Director for ASC in 1993.

is an avid Aston Villa fan and my best memory has been when I travelled to Rotterdam and watched the team win the European cup in 1982.

David Bowie. He's extraordinary, talented and is sadly missed.
