Hi, my name is Karolina and I'm the Business Support Administrator here at ASC Connections. Jumping into the recruitment world back in 2018 as a 365 Recruiter was the kick-off, but life took a turn when the role of a lifetime landed on my plate - being a mom. That prompted a detour into administration, and after about 4 years in the game, it finally clicked. Admin life suits me just right.
Why recruitment, you ask? It's the buzzing atmosphere, the daily chat with different folks, and the unpredictability that keeps me hooked. No two days are the same, and that keeps me coming back.
In my day-to-day activities at ASC, I am responsible for carrying out a wide range of administrative duties to support the team. This includes liaising with consultants on their recruitment needs and handling payroll, ensuring a seamless flow of operations and support for the entire team.

Fuerteventura. I absolutely love this place for its beautiful sandy beaches and guaranteed sunshine!
