My role involves finding candidates for temp and perm roles across Redditch and surrounding areas. Being local to Redditch myself, I have a real dedication in supporting local businesses grow.

One reason I stepped into recruitment was my passion for people, I really enjoy understanding the motivations and frustrations of people to be able to provide the answer they are looking for. Sometimes this may mean I can’t help, but I will always point you in the right direction. Therefore, building long term relationships to help people achieve their goals is important to me, after all how can I assist you in finding an amazing job or a great candidate unless I get to know you first.

  • Strong commercial awareness
  • A proven sales track record
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Logistic background (desirable)

As a Customer Service Assistant your duties will include:

  • Main point of contact for customers by telephone and email
  • Handle, resolve and record all customer enquiries
  • Register new customers and allocate to systems
  • Complete all administrative tasks to support the customer and business requirements
  • Support the Commercial and Asset teams
  • Credit Control

What we are looking for:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Good knowledge of Excel, SAP & Microsoft Office
  • Customer Service / Administration experience
  • Logistic / Supply Chain experience.
  • Ability to work under pressure

We are currently recruiting for our leading client manufacturer, based in the Evesham area seeking MIG Production Welders.

What we are looking for:-

  • Minimum 12 months experience in MIG production welding
  • Must drive with vehicle due to location
  • Ability to read engineering drawings
