As the Business Support Manager for the business, I manage a team of 3 Administrators. Together we support the recruitment team and directors with administrative duties including CV formatting, payroll, compliance, office facilities and many other adhoc duties.
I have worked within recruitment for 14 years and really enjoy it. ASC is a great place to work and is fully supportive in progression of all staff members. It's also good to work for a company that really cares about the service it provides to it's customer rather than just saying they do it, they really do!
