Buyer

£30000 - £32000 per annum

A Buyer is required for our client based in Warwick. This is a permanent position, working within the manufacturing and engineering sector.

Ideally, the successful candidate will have a part or full CIPS qualification and have experience of sourcing manufacturing goods of all types of materials.

The main requirements, duties and skills of the Buyer include:

  • Assistance in the day to day purchasing activity
  • You will have excellent knowledge of technical drawings
  • Use of MRP systems (placing orders)
  • Liaising with the technical team, engineering team and external suppliers
  • Supplier monitoring and developing
  • Inventory and stock control
  • Managing cost control and reduction
  • Invoice reconciliation
  • Generate performance reports and KPI's
  • Bringing new ideas to ensure a smooth and cost effective process

In addition to the above duties, the successful Buyer will also carry out general ad hoc duties within the purchasing department.

In return for your experience as a Buyer we can offer you:

  • Salary £30000 - £32000 (Depending on experience)
  • Full time position
  • Annual Leave/Pension

Transport Shift Manager

£28000 - £30000 per annum

A Transport Shift Manager/Controller is required for a growing delivery company based in Wigan. As a Transport Shift Manager your role is to assist in the smooth running of the Transport department by improving the national trunking operation.

This is a permanent position - working on the 2pm - 10pm shift - Monday to Friday.

The main requirements, duties and skills of the Transport Shift Manager include:

  • Managing and supporting drivers and crew to deliver
  • Previous experience of managing high volume delivery vehicles
  • You will ensure client/customer SLA's are met
  • Managing, motivating and encouraging the team
  • Managing customer queries and problem solving
  • Excellent customer service skills - striving to deliver a high standard at all times
  • Ideally, you will have previous experience within the delivery sector

In addition to the above duties, the successful Transport Shift Manager will be a good technical planner and a strong leader.

In return for your experience as a Transport Shift Manager we can offer you:

  • Salary £30800 (this is inclusive of shift allowance)
  • Full time position (Monday to Friday 2pm till 10pm)

Purchasing Administrator

£19000 - £23000 per annum Pro Rata

A Purchasing Administrator is required for a manufacturing company based in Gloucester.

This is a 3 month fixed term contract.

Ideally, the successful Purchasing Administrator will have previous purchasing/finance experience within a manufacturing/production sector.

The main requirements, duties and skills of the Purchasing Administrator include:

  • Assisting the purchasing team with sourcing materials
  • Researching and obtaining pricing and costs
  • Managing purchase orders for products
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Accurate record keeping
  • Prepare and analyse monthly/weekly reports
  • You will have excellent communication skills

In addition to the above duties, the successful Purchasing Administrator will also carry out general administrative duties.

In return for your experience as a Purchasing Administrator we can offer you:

  • £19000- £23000 (Pro Rata)
  • 3 Month Fixed Term Contract
  • Full time hours

Key Account Manager

£45000 - £50000 per annum

Are you a passionate sales professional with experience of selling within the manufacturing sector?

This is field based role with a base in Droitwich.

 

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing existing key accounts as well as developing new business
  • Managing new and existing customers
  • Maximise sales and converting leads
  • Offering customer support and advice
  • Negotiation

We would love to hear from you if you have had the following experience:

  • Sales and negotiation skills
  • Previous role as an Key Account Manager, Sales Executive, Field Sales Person or an Account Manager

Accounts Payable Coordinator

£20000 - £22000 per annum

An Accounts Payable Coordinator is required for a manufacturing company based near Tipton. This is a permanent position.

Ideally, the successful candidate will have previous Accounts Payable/Treasury experience within the manufacturing sector.

The main requirements, duties and skills of the Accounts Payable Coordinator include:

  • To liaise, negotiate and make payments to suppliers
  • Support the Accounts Payable team
  • Prepare and analyse monthly/weekly reports
  • You will have good knowledge of the accounts payable function and processes
  • You will have excellent communication and negotiation skills

In addition to the above duties, the successful Accounts Payable Coordinator will also carry out general reporting and administrative duties.

£25000 - £30000 per annum

A Buyer is required for our client based in Birmingham. This is a permanent position, working within the manufacturing and engineering sector.

Ideally, the successful candidate will have a part or full CIPS qualification and have experience of sourcing manufacturing goods of all types of materials (Ideally metals).

The main requirements, duties and skills of the Buyer include:

  • Managing the day to day purchasing requirements
  • Use of MRP systems
  • Liaising with the engineering team on materials
  • Supplier monitoring and developing
  • Inventory and stock control
  • Managing cost control and reduction
  • Managing invoices

In addition to the above duties, the successful Buyer will also carry out general ad hoc duties within the purchasing department.
