£35000 - £40000 per annum benefits!


Technical Sales Engineer position has just become available within a long-running and Leading Tooling Supplier. This well-regarded business is working through a period of growth at the moment.

Overview of the position:

  • Strive towards achieving sales targets to achieve company sales goals aligned with business strategy.
  • Set personal sales targets and be self-driven to meet or exceed these figures.
  • Make time/location-based decisions to meet challenges and maximize opportunities.
  • Develop effective business relationships with the relevant decision-makers in prospect key accounts.
  • Cover off customer budget, customer requirement, and decision-making authority.
  • Development of presentations and proposals.
  • Retain current customer base and expand footprint through cross/up-sell opportunities.


Desirable skills/experience/attributes:

  • Experience working within a Technical Sales Engineer position.
  • Ability to manage time over the location in an efficient and cost-effective manner.

Shift Team Leader

£20000 - £23000 per annum

A Shift Team Leader position has just become available for a well-established Engineering business, located near the Birmingham area. Working through a period of growth, this well-regarded business will be paying a competitive starting salary, to a successful professional.

Shift Team Leader duties include -

  • Liaise & support Production Management with all production & manufacturing processes
  • Ensure production operatives are allocated correctly & quality standards are adhered to
  • Ensure all team members are trained and training Matrix's are updated with any changes
  • Be accountable for TPM's in relation to production line equipment
  • Review staff KPI's and Implement development plans where required
  • Manage absence, lateness and holidays for operatives
  • Ensure compliance with TS/IATF16949 and ISO1400 Quality Management Systems

Shift Team Leader desirable skills/experience/attributes -

  • Experience working within a similar management role.
  • Ideally, have experience within businesses supplying to the automotive sector.
  • Proactive work ethic and natural problem solver.
  • Flexibility with working shifts (midweek)

Purpose of the Continuous Improvement Engineer role -

  • Work with the various teams on site, evaluating processes/products and implement change's that'll help to ensure the business reaches its annual objectives.
  • Support manufacturing & quality departments ensuring the correct standards are met
  • Provide guidance on any technical queries to customers quality issues
  • Oversee regular assessments, reviews and audits of the QMS on a regular basis.

Project Manager Duties include -

  • Managing a number of different projects, majority to NEC 3 subcontract, from cradle to grave.
  • Work closely with clients, ensuring that issues are reviewed and dealt with in a professional manner.
  • Taking full responsibility of all project deliverables and gateways to budget, schedules and customer standards.
  • Reviewing all documentation and providing technical advice to engineers to generate the best results

Project Manager

£47000 - £50000 per annum

A Project Manager (Automation) position has just become available for a specialist business, that supply solutions to various sectors. Located near Derby, this well-regarded business will be paying a competitive salary to the successful Engineering professional.

Purpose of the Project Manager role -

To work as part of a team, delivering solutions to clients on time and within budget. Bringing all of the elements together, from order placement to final equipment acceptance.

Project Manager responsibilities include -

* Compiling contract documentation, checking customer data and required specifications.
* Checking budgets and technical information at the sales hand over stage, prior to manufacture.
* Scheduling of project programmes.
* Create, deploy and maintain timing schedules.
* Work closely with the design, manufacture and technical departments.
* Management and supervision of sub-contractors and external service suppliers.
* Assisting with the preparation of new quotations.
