Meet The Team

Neil McNally

Managing Director Phone: 0121 236 1662

The idea and opportunity to set up a recruitment business arose following the closure of a business I was working for during a recession which resulted in redundancies for myself and several colleagues.

Setting up the business in 1991 with a small group of like-minded individuals was something that seemed at the time like a leap of faith. This is something I always wanted to do and although I was very young and it was very early in my career, I had faith in my own ability and faith in the people around me.

What enabled the growth and evolvement of the business during the succeeding years was very much down to the people within the business. This is a people business and it's been imperative that we've employed a diverse range of individuals and encouraged their creativity and hard work.

We love what we do here at ASC and we remain passionate about helping individuals to realise their potential whilst adding real value to leading organisations.

The out of work me....

enjoys music, football and spending time with family and friends. I also love to travel to new places and experience different cultures. I've visited so many amazing places, I can't say which one would be my ultimate favourite.

I couldn't live without....

good food and would definitely struggle without a good curry!
