An electrical service engineer is required for a real innovator within electrical infrastructure. Based along the M4 corridor, you will benefit from a starting salary of £41,295 (Depending on Experience), paid door to door, an OTE of over £50K per year through overtime and bonuses. You'll be joining a well established organization that support customers across all industries, to protect the most critical of infrastructures, POWER!

As a Service Engineer you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining, servicing, and commissioning of both power protection products
• Looking after a range of equipment including battery packed rotary UPS, Diesel UPS, static UPS, and a mixture of static and rotary frequency converters
• Covering a wide range of clients across all sectors of industry, so frequent travel along the M4 corridor, and occasionally nationwide is essential
• Ensuring all relevant documentation and service / commissioning activities are all recorded and completed in a timely manner
• Supporting an on call rota for out of hours emergencies, which is set at 1 in 7 - 10 weeks

This position requires a lot of flexibility towards working hours, especially when being on call and providing assistance for emergencies at weekends which pays overtime.

Overtime is also paid after 37.5hrs per week Monday to Friday.

To be a successful Service Engineer you will have:

• Either a HNC, HND or ONC in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
• A strong knowledge of power electronics and safety regulations
• Practical experience and use of tools such as DVM's, clamps, meters, insulation testers and oscilloscopes
• Be able to work from electrical wiring diagrams
• A full British passport, drivers license, and the willingness to complete a CRB check if/when necessary due to the nature of some of the client sites

An Area Sales Manager is required for a hugely successful OEM of precision CNC machinery, providing metal-cutting solutions to the manufacturing industry

As the Area Sales Manager, your primary focus is the South West of the UK, to increase market share in these territories, whilst continuing to develop the reputation and company brand values.

Salary is negotiable but there's a circa range of up to £50K DOE, monthly commission with the ability to double your salary, plus the business will guarantee a large portion of commission in year one, target related bonuses, fully expensed company car and fuel card, credit card for expenses, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, private pension, life assurance, laptop & phone for fully remote WFH.

Reporting to the Sales Director, the Area Sales Manager will be responsible for -

• Maintaining and increasing business levels of the group's products
• Reaching the targets and goals set
• Gathering market and customer information to figure out the customer's needs
• Providing customers with detailed and accurate quotations
• Negotiating terms of sales and agreements and closing sales with customers
• Establishing, maintaining, and expanding the customer base
• Increasing business opportunities
• Developing strategies, forecasts, and pipelines of business
• Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events
• Collecting customer feedback and market research
• Project management on large-scale orders

Experience in a technical sales role is essential with engineering experience and/or sale of capital equipment within the CNC machine tool industry, which would be a big advantage

You will need a genuine interest in the manufacturing industry across your territory, to understand who your target audience will be to aim our products at. Combining sales and customer service you will be the ultimate partner for your customers and ensure that you and the business are at the forefront of their minds.

Flexibility towards frequent travel to the territory you'd look after is essential, as well as occasional overseas travel for product training and new product launches

Being able to communicate at different levels and switching quickly is important in this role, along with excellent verbal and communication skills, good listening skills and attention to detail, plus a great sense of self-motivation, ambition, determination, and good self-management are all essential.
