Overview of the position -
Strive towards achieving sales targets to achieve company sales goals aligned with business strategy.
Set personal sales targets and be self-driven to meet or exceed these figures.
Make time/location-based decisions to meet challenges and maximize opportunities.
Investigate lost opportunities and stagnant current accounts.
Develop effective business relationships with the relevant decision-makers in prospect key accounts.
Cover off customer budget, customer requirement, and decision-making authority.
Development of presentations and proposals.
Effectively understand and respond to customer concerns.
Retain current customer base and expand footprint through cross/up-sell opportunities.
Desirable skills/experience/attributes -
Experience working within a Technical Sales Engineer position.
Ability to manage time over the location in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
Ability to provide excellent customer service and an all-round professional manner.
Good understanding of CNC tooling and have Metalwork industry knowledge.
