A well-established engineering solutions provider located in the UK, are hiring for an Electrical & Instrumentation Design Engineer, to join their team. Acknowledged by many as a true leader for over 100 years, they work across several countries, globally. Within the UK, they provide their services in several industries including Pharmaceutical, Water, Power & Energy, Industrial, Transportation and Food and Beverages. They are keen to welcome an Electrical & Instrumentation Design Engineer to their team on a hybrid, rolling three-month contract basis. The role is situated outside of IR35.

I am keen to speak to candidates that have any of the following experience:

• Thorough knowledge of IEE Wiring Regulations - BS7671 - 18^{th Edition.}
• Have three years' experience of E&I installation drawings within projects for the Water Utility sector.
• Project life cycle experience (concept through detail to construction support and as built documentation).
• Experience with single line diagrams, cable block diagrams (Power and Instrumentation) and Instrumentation Loop diagrams.
• Working knowledge of 2D and 3D Deliverables: AUTOCAD electrical, Relux/Dialux, Amtech, Aveva and Navisworks.

Some of the duties as an Electrical & Instrumentation Design Engineer will be:

• Liaise with design and equipment subcontractors.
• Provide resource estimates for design related activities.
• Produce documentation in accordance with defined standards / quality requirements.
• Produce Reports, Scope of Works, Concept & Detailed Drawings (Typically RIBA 2-4).
• Provide effective, accurate & efficient Electrical and Instrumentation engineering design services.
• Support effective delivery of projects to time, quality, and cost targets together with the ability to multi-task and prioritise.
• Generate electrical installation deliverables in compliance with BS7672 IEE Wiring Regulations and client specifications.
