The Senior Continuous Improvement Engineer will be responsible to drive all improvement tools and techniques ensuring customer requirements are adhered to.
Senior Continuous Improvement Engineer responsibilities include -
Coordinate all daily continuous improvement activity
Create and promote any training for staff on improvement techniques
Analyse reports and data for the manufacturing process and support solutions to any problems
Provide technical expertise to lean principles to ensure continuous flow & develop Gap analysis plans
Apply continuous improvement techniques to all activities within the manufacturing facility
Manage team members in training to ensure they are up to date with all techniques and develop any skill set.
To be successful in this role, we would like the ideal person to have -
Experience working within a similar role
Trained in Six Sigma green belt
Ability to lead a team
Focused on results with the ability to work to deadlines
Ability to form strong highly motivated function teams
Good leadership skills including the ability to implement change, influence business strategies, and resolve conflict.
