A manufacturer and direct supplier of heavy duty workshop solutions across the UK, is now seeking a Service Co-Ordinator to join their growing office-based team in Kingswinford.
Reporting directly to the Service Manager, you will act as a number 2, covering their responsibilities when they're not in the office and offering continued support when they are. Liaising with customers and Field Service Engineers, you will ensure that targets are met and customer expectations are managed in line with the company's SLA's.
Some of your main responsibilities are listed below:
Planning and coordinating routine machine servicing at client sites UK wide
Handling customer machine breakdown calls and providing the highest levels of customer service
Planning and scheduling Field Service Engineers and updating customers accordingly
Inputting and updating job data on the company computer system
Preparing routine management reports
The ideal candidate will be experienced within a Service Department of a business that offers a maintenance and repair service for mechanical and electrical equipment, direct to end users.
