As a Sales Administrator your duties will include:

* Generation, qualification, tracking and nurturing of leads
* Process and produce customer quotations
* Diary management and co-ordination of the external sales team
* Log all relevant information onto Microsoft Dynamics CRM system
* Analyse the sales team performance using the CRM system to generate relevant reports.
* Work closely with marketing to increase leads and improve the customer experience
* Customer liaison before, during and after sales

What we are looking for:

* Previous experience within a sales administrative role is essential
* Keen eye for detail
* A positive team player
* Able to analyse performance to determine what works
* Highly organised with the ability to work to deadlines
* High level of customer service & communication skills
* Flexible and adaptable to work under pressure and prioritise workload
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with a professional telephone manner
* Must be PC literate and proficient in Microsoft packages
* Must be able to work on own initiative
