Sales Administrator

A leading manufacturer of safety critical applications are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Administrator to join their team due to exponential growth.

Must be able to drive with own vehicle due to location.

Purpose of Role:

Reporting to the Global Sales Manager, the Sales Administrator will be responsible for supporting the field Sales team in the provision of Sales Administration support.

You will have an upbeat & confident manner, to be able to converse with Customers & Suppliers confidentially and fulfil their expectations in a timely manner.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have:

* Experience in a similar role in an Engineering / Manufacturing environment
* Familiar with CRM systems
* Computer literate - Microsoft Office
* Positive & Enthusiastic attitude
* Attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure
* Ability to prioritise and be customer orientated

Responsibilities:

* Confirming manufacturing and dispatch dates internally and communicating delivery dates to customers.
* Completing admin tasks for the Sales team
* Liaising with Customers / Suppliers from across the globe
* Management of customer orders and schedules including delivery & dispatch dates
* In conjunction with other departments identify and solve issues
* Analysing KPIs and generating reports
* Managing system pricing
* Attending Sales meetings & compiling minutes
* Preparing presentations for meetings
* Preparation of reports for Senior Management
* Updating internal CRM system as directed
