Job description:
Our client is currently looking to recruit an office administrator to join their brand new office in Leeds. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous office experience who can help set up the new office and build close working relationships with staff at all levels. You will provide administrative support and ensure that all admin and office records are recorded, processed and maintained in an accurate and efficient manner.


* Confidently handle incoming telephone calls and handle any visitor enquiries
* Manage general filing and archiving of various documents
* Assist in the control of all maters iknvoled within the office (stationary stock, site provisions and stock/inventory control)
* Ensure office is maintained in a clean and tidy condition
