Parts release administrator required for my client, a global competitor in the automotive market

The role is required on a short term basis to fulfil tasks relating to parts release and change management processes. Initially a 5 week contract with a chance of a short extension

My client is developing a new web-based application which has been developed to enable fast and accurate part releasing, an essential part of Programme Development activity. The administrator is required during the development phase of the application in order to fulfil some task work that will not be available from the new software at the point of piloting.

The main objective of the role is to create a seamless experience for the users of the part release system, such that it reflects a fully automated application.

Activities will include:

* Admin user to add user names to change once it has been initiated by the LE Quotation Processes
* Admin user to create table of required data (copied from App) and then copy data back into app once buyer has re-attached QAFs / data table Workflow
* Admin user to identify changes requiring rework and manually reset process to correct step Finance data: Manage data gaps and offline calculations. Documenting Issues & Opportunities for improvements
* Admin user to capture issues identified through interaction with the parts release software and any raised by wider pilot group. Project Team Support
* Admin user to support project team reviews as required providing feedback on tasks and general support in delivering a successful pilot of the parts release software
