Temp to Perm

£9.50 per hour

You will need to have first class customer service experience for this lovely role at a charity organisation in Birmingham. You will have worked in a Customer Service/Administration role previously and ideally have experience of dealing with memberships, subscriptions or dealing with training courses. This is a great opportunity to join this inspiring and interesting organisation. You will be dealing with customers and resolving issues on a daily basis, as well as taking payments occasionally.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Answer incoming calls efficiently and deal with enquiries
* Process orders onto in-house system from web-shop, amazon, emails, telephone calls and written postal orders
* Raising purchase orders with suppliers and raise invoices
* Stock Management and order office supplies
* Ensure all details on database are maintained and updated accurately
* Provide a strong level of customer support whilst maintaining integrity and building relationships over the phone with both customers and suppliers.
* Work alongside both internal and external customers on projects
* Be expected to work on both inbound and outbound initiatives
* Communicating efficiently and effectively with customers to fully understand their requirements, and guiding them through our product ranges
* Dealing with response and resolution
* Respond to customer inquiries and provides speedy and thorough resolution to customer enquiries and issues.
* Provide support to internal departments with course/conference materials

Skills / Qualifications:

* Proven customer service skills within a customer focused environment (ideally experience with membership/subscription/training queries)
* Excellent written and verbal skills as well as a strong work ethic.
* Clear, concise and professional telephone skills.


* 10% non-contributory pension
* Whole company is closed over Christmas week - don't need to take as holiday
* 24 days hols and bank hols
