A Customer Quality Engineer Job opportunity has just become available, within a leading manufacturing business. Located in the Coventry area, this company is working through a period of growth and is offering a competitive starting salary of £38,000 (negotiable), for the right engineering professional.

Customer Quality Engineer responsibilities include -

* Help manage Root Cause & Corrective Action procedures.
* Train on site personnel, with RCCA processes.
* Support the closure of any issues, identified on customer audits.
* Ensure that all returns are managed to customer requirements.
* Help support to the Manufacturing area, with Quality resources.
* Train RCCA & FMEA quality tools to the manufacturing teams.
* Help manage Internal Process and product audits.
* Gather and analyse KPI data.
* Help manage New Product Introduction activities.
* Liaise with suppliers as and when required, to develop/support software/process implementation/development.

Customer Quality Engineer desirable skills/experience/attributes -

* Experience within a similar position.
* Knowledge of complex Quality Engineering processes and regulations.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to communicate well with all teams and key customers.
* Strong systematic and analytical knowhow, when dealing with problem solving.
* Ability to understand business challenges and offer recommendations, to improve the product, process, or service.
* Relevant manufacturing/engineering education.
