Job description:

Our client is looking to recruit an assistant centre operations manager to provide a constant and high quality service to all customers.


* Consistently promote the daily health and safety policies and procedures within the centre
* Ensure appropriate usage of all company assets
* Assist the centre ops manager in ensuring the health and safety topic is communicated to staff
* Implement all actions needed to reduce risk of accidents
* Ensure customer satisfaction is maintained
* Play a key role in minimising customer complaints
* Assist in the development of staff
* Build strong relationships with all centre staff
* Ensure operational compliance by the daily managing of KPI's

Essential skills:

* Experience as an assistant manager / centre manager
* Experience within the tyre industry
