Our world leading client is looking for a 1st Line Support/Helpdesk to join their team. You will be responsible for acting as the 1st point of contact for all IT support issues covering Infrastructure, applications, security and telephony. You will also be responsible for the ordering of inventory and telephony equipment. You will have excellent communication skills and have a can do proactive attitude along with 1-2 years experience within a similar role.
