A leading building services company require a Internal Sales Coordinator to work at their office in Nuneaton, the role will involve taking orders, providing quotes, dealing with lead enquiries. To be considered for this role you must have a knowledge of building services products.

Internal Sales Coordinator

* Provides back office technical and commercial support to Key Account Managers, Regional and Sector Sales colleagues.
* Project manages and coordinates customer projects and product requirements
* Works closely with the Key Account Managers, Regional Sales Executives and Sector Sales Executives
* Solves simple research and development problems
* Supports the development of concepts by liaising with the Factory and sales colleagues
* Communicates effectively with the factories and external suppliers to manufacture or source the customer's requirements
* Completes actions from key account meetings
* Provides the first point of contact for new customers over the phone to understand the enquiry and take relevant action as appropriate
* Helps customers select the right product on the phone by explaining the features and benefits
* Converts enquiries from new customers into sales
* Develops a good level of product knowledge
* Ensures 100% customer satisfaction
* Manages assigned clients and is responsible for retention and growth of the re-selected accounts. May have a sales budget to achieve.
* Provides logistics information for customers. Tracks orders and confirms when products will arrive. Charges freight costs to customers.
* Produces commercial offers for customers
* Produces quotations and follows up on quotations
* Answers and resolve customers' or installers' technical queries
* Maintains and updates the CRM and other systems
* Visit suppliers and customers when required
* Makes arrangements for trade shows and arranges promotional materials
* Sends out marketing materials to sales team including catalogues and price lists

Any other duties or responsibilities that may reasonably be required from time to time.
