We are looking for someone from an accounts or payroll background that would be interested in moving into an Account Management/Sales role for a company specialising in the supply of IT Services and solutions across the accounting and payroll sectors.

The role includes a competitive salary a pension and free parking as well as fantastic opportunities for career and personal growth.

If you have solid grounding in accounts. Payroll processes, procedures and systems and would like to utilise that in a B2B sales and account management role this would be a fantastic chance to develop your career in that direction.

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing a number of key accounts and will be tasked with cross selling and up selling IT solutions, services, training and support.

Activities will include but not be limited to the following:

* Managing existing customer relationships
* Map and scope potential and future customer requirements
* Cross Sell / up sell relevant solutions, services, training and support
* Secure renewals
* Maintain customer/company data and reporting

The successful Account Manager will be required to gain a thorough understanding of my clients services and solutions and will actively seek out opportunities to introduce these solutions to active clients who are already benefiting from a selection of my clients services.

* BI (Business Intelligence)
* Accounts/Payroll/HR
* Software Training
* Software Support

The ideal candidate will have experience of Accounts, Payroll, Sales or Account Management,. You will be a customer focused, self motivated and driven individual with the ability to quickly understand software and identify credible and genuine opportunities where value can be added.
