Job Description

Working with a division specific B2B portfolio, as a Sales Executive you will work to develop and grow your business through new business, cross selling and account management. For a company specialising in digital / software solutions driven by employee wellbeing & offering a structured career plan, regular social events, funded holidays, charity days, opportunities for sabbaticals and ongoing development & training.

As the Digital / Software Sales Executive the role will include:

  • Achieve sales of specific modules to the value set by your manager of licence sales in the first year which will grow in subsequent years
  • Ensure you generate a strong pipeline of opportunities to enable you to reach your sales target
  • Attend training to develop career path
  • Use social media to drive new contacts and opportunities
  • Keep up to date with changes in the market specific to your division
  • Achieve a target for Software as a Service (SaaS) licences alongside annual consultancy targets

I am keen to speak to candidates who have previous experience of B2B sales in professional services, digital or software as a Sales Executive. The role is based in Loughborough so candidates who are with-in a commutable distance are of particular interest.

This role offers a £25k basic salary with an OTE expectation (in your 1st full year) of £45k.As a digital / software Sales Executive you would ideally have experience of the following:

  • Experience in B2B sales
  • new business, cross selling and account management
  • Track record of pro-actively making telephone calls to prospects or clients
  • An ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of business processes and practices
  • Experience of working with CRM or Sales Software/Systems
