A provider of Hard Services within Facilities Management is now seeking a Field Sales Engineer to help the company reach it's ambitious growth targets.

* Realistic OTE of £35k commission Benefits
* Fully expensed company car
* Hybrid working.

* £3m turnover on target to hit £5m within 2 years.

The business has a UK based operation and has built an excellent reputation via word of mouth and successful marketing campaigns. The time has come to drive the company forward, by creating a field based sales teams, focusing heavily on new business and rekindling relationships with lapsed accounts.

Key responsibilities for the Field Sales Engineer include:

* Maintaining and developing relationships with new and lapsed accounts.
* Be confident selling heat exchangers, valves, and pumps into boiler rooms plant rooms.

* Identify and develop your own leads with new or existing customers.
* Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of heat exchangers, pumps and valves, to maximise sales opportunities.


The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an Area / Field Sales Engineer, selling engineering products or services focusing mainly on new business.
