Job Description

Our successful software solution provider is a looking for a Business Development Executive to join their Sales Team. You will be responsible for building relationships with potential clients over the telephone and promoting suitable solutions that are available to their business. You will be a team player, have great communication skills and enjoy selling.

Ideally you will have previously worked within a Software Sales environment or have a general interest in Software Solutions but we are also keen to hear from people who have worked within a Professional Services Sales environment.

Duties Include:

  • Provide software solutions and services to small and medium sized businesses
  • Execute sales transactions; participate in negotiations and close deals
  • Work closely with customers over short and long length transactions. Building rapport and helping to solve organisations problems
  • Timely and accurate business reporting
  • Monitor and manage customer satisfaction
  • Develop clients for Account Management: cross selling support contracts and other services
  • Working with the Marketing Department to promote our services

The role will be office based with Minimal travel
