Job Description

Working as an IT Support Technician within a growing business which has a strong focus on progression, you will be responsible for PC set up and deployments. On-site support and user request fulfilment. The business offers flexibility out of core working hours.

As an It Support Technician you will:

  • Support of business/sector specific infrastructure
  • Troubleshoot, assist and work with other IT Support Technicians
  • Follow and promote defined ticket management procedures including use of standard ticket management tools

I would like to speak to candidates who have a minimum of 2 year's experience as an IT Support Technician and are well versed with remote support, customer service and excellent verbal and written skills.

As an IT Support Technician the following experience is required:

  • Microsoft Windows Operating Systems (Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10)
  • Microsoft Office 365 Suite (2010,2013,2016)
  • Microsoft Software (O365, SharePoint, Teams, Visio)
