Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Administrator to support our team of Recruitment Consultants.

Ideally based out of our modern and spacious Redditch office (which also has ample secure and free parking) the role of Recruitment Administrator provides the chance to be part of a successful team, who work well together in a supportive environment.

Day to day duties include:

  • Managing online candidate registration
  • Database Administration
  • Compliance - checking all Right to Work in the UK and qualifications/licences
  • Issuing of confirmation emails
  • Administration of the weekly Temporary Working Plan
  • Placing of online advertisements
  • Issuing and collation of timesheets
  • Payroll - processing hours for our Payroll Outsourcing company
  • Handling of telephone calls
  • Liaison with candidates and clients
  • Formatting of CVs

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience as a Recruitment Administrator
  • Word and Excel to an intermediate level
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • A good level of numeracy
  • 5 GCSEs or equivalent to include English
