Job Description

I am currently recruiting for an e-commerce company in the Leicester area for a German OR French speaking Customer Service Advisor on a permanent basis. This is joining a fun and energetic team, who take part in group team-building activities regularly and are building a supportive and vibrant environment to work in.

Duties of the role include;

  • Translating product information between English and either German or French
  • Main point of contact for German or French speaking clients
  • Handling customer queries, majority via email
  • Dealing with complaints and order queries (in both English and German/French)

Ideally you will;

  • Be fluent in either German OR French and also English
  • Previous experience working in Customer Service
  • Good IT skills, with Microsoft systems, Excel and CRM systems
  • Good problem solving, able to trouble shoot queries

You need to be fluent in either German OR French, not both, as well as English.

Once trained, the role will be based in the office two days a week and working from home the remainder of the time. Hours of work are Monday - Friday working either 9:00am - 5:00pm or 8:00am - 4:00pm totalling a 37.5 hour week. This position is paying up to £18,500p/a. They offer free parking on-site and are on main public transport routes.
