Ongoing temporary role (approx 6 months initially)

£10.00 per hour

Leading online retailer are recruiting for an administrator to be based at their distribution centre in Northampton where you will provide administrative support to the head of logistics and the wider team. This is an ongoing temporary position with prospects of permanent employment.


* Daily compilation of UKDC and FRDC Reporting
* Manage and resolve daily customer care queries
* Follow through resolution of customer care issues
* Inventory checks
* General admin duties eg. Parcel collections
* Support on invoice matching and inbound queries

Essential experience:

* Excellent administrative skills, including and advanced level of Excel (v look ups and pivot tables)
* Database / Access experience
* Supply Chain / Logistics / Procurement background
* Analysis and reporting skills will be required
