Job description
Currently looking for a strong Administrator to join a successful company based in Harrogate. The Administrator will provide an efficient clerical support service within the office. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a great team and develop your skills.

Duties: -

* Assist clients by answering phone calls and general enquiries
* Register new claims onto the systems in accordance with specific client requirements
* Deal with all incoming & outgoing mail
* Review & index incoming correspondence to the document management system
* To close cases in accordance with client requirements & fee structures
* Process payments
* Other ad-hoc tasks when required

The successful administrator will have: -

* Experience in an administrative role
* Excellent computer literacy
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast paced & changing environment
