NPI Engineer

A leading Automotive component manufacturer is looking for an experienced NPI Engineer to join their team.

Purpose of Role:

Lead NPI projects, drive product improvements and ensure cost targets are achieved through the use of data analysis & root cause analysis to enable the smooth transition into production.

Skills/Experience required:

  • Degree/HND/HNC in an Engineering / Manufacturing discipline
  • Experience in an Automotive manufacturing environment
  • Project Management - Led projects in a fast-paced & dynamic environment
  • Working knowledge of TS/IATF requirements
  • APQP Processes
  • Understanding of Semi-Automated / Automated Manufacturing equipment
