Job Description

A Bid Administrator is required to join a engineering company based in their London office, near King's Cross. Joining a busy team working on large projects within the rail and construction industries, you will be assisting and supporting in the preparation and submission of all bids.

Duties of the Bid Administrator will include;

  • Assisting with the end-to-end bid processes
  • Collating estimators prices, qualifications for tender letters
  • Collating technical queries & liaising with the estimators and clients
  • Updating and maintaining trackers
  • Preparing deliverable schedules for PQQ's and ITTs
  • Following up on all tender submissions
  • Supporting the Pre-Construction Manager in developing final submissions
  • Providing support in developing client presentations & contributing to written proposals

Ideally you will have experience or skills with;

  • Working in Construction and/or Rail industries
  • Excellent communicator
  • Good organisational skills & detail-orientated
  • Strong academic background, ideally educated to Degree level

Offices based nearby King's Cross Station, you will be required in the office on a full-time basis.

This Bid Administrator role offers;

  • Working hours of Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
  • Salary of £25-30,000p/a dependent on experience
  • 33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays)
