Are you an experienced Warehouse Manager used to working within a fast-paced environment? Have you successfully led a team of up to 20 people? Do you also have experience in feeding products and materials to a production line? If so and you are looking for a new role then read on.

You will join a global, established business that has performed very well over Covid and is set to continue its growth over the coming years.

As the Warehouse Manager you will:

Support the business in the effective and efficient running of the Warehouse and Logistics function including a team of around 20 people by:

  • Ensuring that your teams deliver a quality service to the internal departments and that they meet all KPI targets set by the business.
  • The accurate and efficient supply of materials and parts through to production.
  • Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance.
  • Ensure shipments and inventory transactions accuracy.
  • Identify areas of improvement and adjust existing work procedures and practices.
  • Coordinate activities with other departments.

I am keen to speak to someone that has:

  • Previous experience as a Warehouse Manager or Assistant Warehouse Manager, ideally within a manufacturing business.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to train and mentor a team.
  • A hands-on attitude and learn every role within the warehouse.

The business operates a day shift Monday to Friday and will pay a salary of around £35k. They offer excellent career progression and a good benefits package including an annual performance bonus and attendance bonus.
