An exciting opportunity for an experienced RQHSE Business Partner is required for the effective provision, management and monitoring of RQHSE services, associated standards and Company objectives, in order to deliver and continually improve strong RQHSE performances and maintain a healthy safety culture.

The successful RQHSE Business Partner will provide a visible and effective leadership example in RQHSE standards at all times, to all organisational colleagues & stakeholders, in promotion and maintenance of a strong safety culture.

RQHSE Business Partner Experience & Responsibilities required:

* Proven experience in effective implementation & performance management of Maritime- and Project-focused RQHSE systems, standards & practices
* Certification for offshore work, including relevant and in-date offshore medical certificate offshore training
* Relevant accreditation - NEBOSH GC or higher (or equivalent)
* Incident Investigation & Root Cause Analysis
* Ability to deliver high-quality documents, records and presentations, often to strict & demanding timescales
* Ability to analyse, report upon and react to RQHSE data, trends and recognised KPI's
* Have a pro-active approach to identifying improvement opportunities and new initiatives to improve performances
* Support the Directorate Managers with review of associated internal policies, procedures and guidance to ensure RQHSE demands are met and continual improvement is delivered.

Any previous experience within the Offshore Renewables sectors would beneficial
