Operations Manager (Projects) is responsible for the planning of and smooth & safe delivery of projects on behalf of the Project Manager. The role of Operations Manager requires effective coordination and management of the project's sub-contractors, suppliers, vessels, site managers, and offshore technicians as well as supporting the commercial team with solution design and cost analysis for tenders. The successful Operations Manager will be highly experienced within the offshore wind industry in an operations management related role.

Operations Manager Experience & Responsibilities:

* Develop and deliver project documentation to ensure that all the aims of the project are met and are compliant with all company RQHSE policies, including the development and tracking of the project Risk Log.
* Liaise with CTV Fleet Manager to ensure projects and processes are coordinated.
* Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties and delegating appropriately.
* Competent in the use of MS Word, MS Excel and MS Project
* Good analytical capability with the ability to assimilate technical and project management information and understand the associated issues.
* Willingness to travel overseas as required in performing the role.
* Proven experience working within a cross-functional environment.
* Experience in contract management
* Health and Safety Qualification and GWO basic safety training
* Offshore medical
* Driving licence

The role of Operations Manager could be based in remotely either in the Grimsby or Essex area
