An exciting opportunity for an experienced Solution Delivery Manager - CRM (home based) to join an established and growing organisation. As the successful Solution Delivery Manager you will have a broad range of IT and consulting experience, with deep functional knowledge of a tier 1 CRM solution such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce, or ideally SugarCRM and project management methodology.

The Solution Delivery Manager (CRM) role requires excellent customer-facing and outstanding relationship management skills and involve managing the demands of multiple projects simultaneously.

CRM Solution Delivery Managers Responsibilities & Experience:

* Extensive knowledge of a Tier 1 CRM solution, ideally Sugar CRM (SugarCRM accreditation, either Administrator or Solution Architect would be advantageous)
* Provide the functional and technical expertise to ensure successful project delivery through delegation, communication and cross-departmental and divisional coordination
* Ability to challenge customers to drive a best practice approach to CRM implementations
* Consultancy experience, including team leadership and involvement in selling professional services
* Ability to think strategically and turn business objectives into technical solutions
* Experience of working with all levels of client and project stakeholders up to and including board level
* Project owner and accountable for successful delivery of the project, establishing what the customer views as a successful project and managing to those expectations

The CRM Solution Delivery Manager will work from home but be required to travel to the office in Leicestershire and cover a national territory.
