A leading rubber manufacturing and distribution company are currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator to help managing the day to day running of their customer accounts. You will be part of the Sales/Administration Department, ensuring customer communication is timely and in line with company procedure. Proven experience with customer accounts, together with solid administration and organisational skills is essential.

The Role: As Customer Accounts Administrator, you will be expected to: -

* Monitor sales orders and schedules are raised correctly ensuring the pricing is checked, MOQ amounts reached and all other details are correct.
* Maintain the part pricing is kept up to date and raise any re-cost requests when required.
* Specifically monitor the consignment stocks and key accounts, ensuring the warehouse stocks balance and ensuring stock is supplied as needed.
* Liaise with Production/Despatch to progress orders. Keep customers informed of any delay/issues and track resolution to problems.
* Support the Customer Services Manager and cover other members of staff during absence.
* Attend weekly purchasing meetings in regard to all Top Accounts.
* Minimise excessive freight costs by monitoring global air freights & updating system
* Monitor Slow Moving Stock report and negotiate sale wherever possible.
* Communicate problems to relevant personnel as soon as they occur and co-ordinate response to customer.

To be successful in the role you will have:

* Proven administration experience in a similar role
* Solid MS Office skills
* Experience of working with Customers or Clients
