Job Description

Our friendly forward thinking MSP client is looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join a friendly team who provide support to a number of key clients across various sectors.

Key Skills

  • Previous experience of working for an MSP or a fast paced customer led support environment.
  • Supporting Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Azure, Citrix, VMware.
  • Providing 2nd Line Support.
  • Excellent Communication skills.
