Job Description

Our Solution provider is looking for a Service Desk Technical Lead to support the Service Desk and Sales teams in regards to installations (EPOS/BOS/EFT). You will have excellent customer service/team leadership experience and be happy to work on a flexible basis to over a 24x7 day week shift with the occasional evenings and overnight support. You will handle escalations, provide investigations, and diagnose in-depth technical issues.

You will have technical experience within

  • Retail or Fuel EPOS/POS/EFT systems
  • Windows 7/10
  • Active Directory
  • Antivrus software
  • Networks (LAN/WAN/Firewalls/Switches/Routers etc)

You will be happy to work on a rota'd shift basis.
