Job Description

Our friendly MSP is looking for a Senior Support Engineer (3rd line) to support a number of their clients across various sectors within a cloud based environment.

Key Skills

  • Previous experience of providing Senior Support/3rd Line within a cloud based environment ideally for an MSP or within a fast paced client focused environment.
  • Experience of Supporting Cloud, Office 365, Azure, Exchange, AD, LAN, WAN, security etc
  • Excellent communication skills able to communicate at all levels.
  • Awareness of Project Delivery.

The successful candidate may be required to travel to some client sites and on a very occasional basis abroad so you will need a UK Driving Licence, a car and passport.
