Job Description

We are looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst providing 1st & 2nd line remote support to my client's customer base, as part of an established services team.

Benefits include lots of ongoing formal and work based training, laptop and company mobile.

My client is an IT Services & Solutions business who provide services to a large and diverse UK wide customer base. Services largely revolve around Microsoft technologies but will also include a broad array of both Network and Server technologies.

The role requires:

2 years 1st/2nd line support experience

Desktop, Network and Server Support experience

A full UK driving license

Excellent communication skills

There is an excellent chance for progression within this business they often recruit internally for more senior roles and as the training never ends, neither will your development.

This role would suit someone who wants to be part of a team. Whilst during lockdown this role can be performed from home, once the situation allows for it this role would revert to being office based and the ability to work closely with a team and be a team player is really important.

This role would suit candidates from the following environments 1st line, 2nd line, Service desk, IT support.
