Job Description

Our friendly MSP is looking for a 3rd Line Support Engineer to provide Infrastructure Support within a Cloud based environment for customers/clients.

Key Skills

  • Previous experience of providing Senior Support/3rd Line hands on support (high level Fixes as well as dealing with day to day tickets) within a cloud based environment ideally for an MSP or within a fast paced client focused environment.
  • Experience of Supporting Cloud, Office 365, Azure, VM ware, Hyper V etc
  • Excellent communication skills able to communicate at all levels.
  • Awareness of Project Delivery.

You will work 8.30am till 5.30pm Monday to Friday with additional on call 1 week in 3 where additional payment will be given
