Our unique client is looking for a Helpdesk/1st Line Support to provide excellent customer care within a technical environment. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills who is able and keen to problem solve either via the telephone or via email in relation to technical equipment (of which training will be given). The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills be happy working a shift pattern that will involve some weekends and evenings and be willing to learn new skills. You will be working in a small friendly team, providing support to its customers.
