Helpdesk/1st Line Support - 4 days on 4 days off

Our unique client is looking for someone with excellent communication skills in order to act as the first point of contact (Helpdesk) and record issues from customers to ensure it is passed on to the relevant support team for a quick resolution. You will have a genuine interest in technology and be happy to work on a shift rota of 4 days on 4 days off (12 hour shift on your days on).
