Job Description

A niche manufacturing business with a global client base is now seeking a Quality Manager to join their West Bromwich based head office.

Reporting into the Managing Director , you will be tasked with overseeing the Quality department as a whole, including both Quality control and Quality assurance, to ensure the companies already market leading reputation is maintained

To be a successful Quality Manager you will have:

  • Experience in Quality management within a manufacturing process environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate to customers and employees of all levels
  • Have a full understanding of Quality management systems and auditing processes
  • Understanding of Synthetic chemistry and fine chemical processing
  • Confident in managing, advising, and coordinating a small team

The position offers benefits including:
